THE FOLLOWING PRACTICAL WORK MUST BE SENT BY EMAIL TO THE TEACHER NO LATER THAN FRIDAY 15th AT NOON: These questions must be answered in a word document.  The "hard copy" (the printed document)  must be handed in to Gabriela at the beginning of the next class on August 5th.  The document must have its proper header and footer.  These questions will be included in the next written test that will have place on August 12nd.

Data Base Manager System

A database is composed of several data tables related to each other by a key field.

Table: The set of rows (records) and columns (fields).

Records: A set of fields for a particular entity.

Fields: Information items contained in each record.

1. CREATE THE TABLES FOR A LIBRARY DATABASE

Tables to create:

• books
• authors
• students
• loans

Perform data entry: 20 records in books table, 10 records in the authors table, and 30 entries in the table students and 15 records in the table loans.

Data Type and organisation

Create a presentation with USERFORMS about this topic.

You are going to produce a report about INPUT AND OUTPUT DEVICES.
Take in mind that you have to include
